Sarah - Chiropractic Technician

sarah piI’ve always been passionate about working with people where I can help make a difference in their lives.  I chose to become a Chiropractic Assistance because I believe in chiropractic wellness.  Over the past 10+ years my family has received chiropractic care and our chiropractor, Dr. Treva, has provided us with education in exercise and stretching techniques along with nutritional information, which has assisted my family in living a healthier lifestyle.
My goal is to make patients feel comfortable and assist them through their therapy and rehab sessions.  I look forward to developing relationships with our patients and having them know that I am there to assist in providing them with the best care possible.  I have a genuine desire for helping people and making a difference in their wellbeing.
My husband, Roger, and I have 4 kids (Samantha, Emma, Jaidon, and Julia), and 1 furbaby, Sophie, which keeps our lives very busy!  We love to spend time in the great outdoors and traveling.  My hobbies include running/walking, biking, yoga and reading.

Cindy has been a licensed massage therapist for over 11 years.  She is

originally a native of Illinois where she graduated from the School of Holistic

Massage and Reflexology in Downers Grove, Illinois receiving her massage

therapy certification and reflexology certification in 2004. Cindy became

interested in wellness and massage while residing in England for 15 years

working with the Wirral Holistic Center and the Merseyside Asbestos Support

Group.  She chose the field of massage therapy to help people find natural

relief from pain, muscle tension and stress working closely and

compassionately with cancer patients and their families, helping not only the

patient but also helping their loved one’s stress in supporting their struggle

against the disease.  Her philosophy is to provide effective treatment for

each individual.  “People forget that family members are run down and also

hurting… Massage is a great stress reliever for anyone who has to care for a

family member with any illness.”   Cindy also believes that most work

environments create injuries and that job stress is just accepted and

dismissed.  “No one should suffer for sitting at a desk too long or lifting

heavy items.  Just taking notice and getting help like going for a massage

can really make a difference!”   She specializes in therapeutic, deep tissue,

swedish, pregnancy massage and reflexology.  Her other certification is in

sports massage and has worked alongside Chiropractors since graduating in

2004.  She has helped many recovering surgery patients in acute and

chronic injuries.  Cindy has a caring and sociable personality.  She loves

being around people.

Cindy’s other interests include, bike riding, ice skating, roller skating and

walking. She has a very passionate interest in nutrition. She enjoys time

spent outdoors.  Cindy also has a passion for music and classic movies.  If

you are up for the challenge, she loves to quiz you on classic movie actors

and all genres of music.  She enjoys enlightening people with information

about these beloved topics.  She is a member of the various reenacting

communities which takes her back to the past to perform for the general

public at historic events.  Cindy and her boyfriend Joey love spending time

on maintaining and restoring the historic vehicles for the reenactments.

Cindy Also makes her costumes and accessories for the events.
